Sttebs Care Farm becomes Sttebs Education — reflecting growth, learning, and a focus on brighter futures.

Wollaston-based alternative provision and therapeutic learning centre, Sttebs Care Farm, is proud to announce the next step in its journey, unveiling a new name and identity: Sttebs Education.

Originally created as an alternative provision and day service set within a therapeutic farm environment, Sttebs has always aimed to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can grow in confidence, build practical skills, and reconnect with the world of work and learning.

Over the years, that mission has evolved. Sttebs now delivers accredited learning opportunities including AQA Unit Awards and City & Guilds qualifications, empowering individuals to gain formal recognition for their achievements. These qualifications have become a cornerstone of the education centre's success, helping individuals move towards greater independence and meaningful futures.

“This is a really exciting time for us here at Sttebs,” explains Natalia Betts, Managing Director of Sttebs Education. “Because education has become such a central part of what we do, we felt it was the right time for our name to reflect that focus. The farm, the therapeutic approach, and our commitment to care remain at the heart of everything — but our new identity better represents the outcomes we’re passionate about: helping individuals achieve qualifications, grow their independence, and take steps towards success.”

Despite the name change, Sttebs’ foundations remain the same. The farm, its animals, and its nurturing, hands-on learning environment continue to play a vital role in supporting emotional wellbeing and personal growth. The rebrand simply strengthens its educational focus — ensuring individuals can access a full range of support that bridges care, learning, and employability.

“It’s a natural evolution for us, and we’re really proud of how far the team and our individuals have come,” adds Natalia. “This new chapter as Sttebs Education is about building on that success and continuing to make a real difference.”
